About A&S

We Provide The Best Textile Industry Since 2004

I come from a family of traditional weavers, fostering a deep passion for textiles. While earning my BBM (1994-1997), I gained hands-on experience at a leading Indian textile group, which later became a top knit-garment exporter. In 1998, I officially joined as a management trainee, managing key clients and honing expertise in marketing, production, and supply chain. Furthering my knowledge, I pursued textile studies at De Montfort University (1999-2000) while working in retail. Today, I source 40% of buyers’ needs through the group and am expanding sourcing operations into Africa to meet emerging market demands.

Since we operate in three countries with a variety of factories, we have gained valuable experience in identifying the best sources for raw materials and accessories at the most competitive prices. We share this knowledge with the costing teams across all countries through a shared database that includes pricing and lead times. Pre-Production Department: Laying the Foundation for Excellence
Merchandising – Development: Merchandisers bridge buyers and production, ensuring all specifications are met.
Quality Assurance: Raw materials undergo strict inspections to meet buyer standards. Pre-production samples are tested on buyer-specified dummies for accuracy. This process minimizes development time and resubmissions. It ensures no abnormal deviations from specifications before production begins.
Fabric Analyst: The Heart of Textile Excellence
The Head of this department is the Fabric Analyst. Our analysts are highly skilled and bring years of experience, making them an essential resource for both buyers and the production team. They can identify potential issues in mass production early on by providing valuable insights at the development stage itself. This helps reduce the time needed for sample development and ensure hasslefree mass production.
Production Department
Merchandisers: Our garment merchandisers are dedicated to ensuring a seamless and efficient process for your orders. They begin by skillfully negotiating terms and placing orders, followed by creating practical and detailed production schedules. These schedules are meticulously adhered to, with strict consideration of timelines to avoid delays. They proactively forecast production needs and swiftly address any obstacles that may arise, ensuring smooth operations.
Quality controllers
Our quality controllers play a pivotal role in ensuring your products meet the prescribed standards. Before production commences, they thoroughly examine all pre-production correspondence with the buyer, carefully reviewing their notes, observations, and specifications to align with specifications. Throughout the production process, they maintain close coordination with you, keeping you informed and involved at every stage.
Compliance Department: Upholding Industry Standards

As a modern sourcing partner, we ensure compliance with international standards. Our Compliance Department verifies ethical practices, adherence to buyer specifications, and Industry 4.0 integration. Vendors undergo rigorous ESG audits, with surprise inspections to maintain quality and ethical integrity. We prioritize workplace safety for women, enforcing equal opportunities, strict anti-harassment policies, and robust well-being measures. Sustainability efforts include carbon emission reduction, salt-free dyeing, and water recycling through advanced technologies, fostering a greener and responsible textile industry.

We manage all aspects of logistics, including international shipping, customs clearance, and documentation, while accommodating buyer-specific preferences such as air freight for speed or sea shipments for cost efficiency.
